TALLOW PROJECT
The Tallow Project comprises of 5 prospecting licences; PL3716, PL3717, PL2280, PL3718 and PL3719 located in Co. Cork and Co. Waterford in SE Ireland, approximately 3 hours south of Dublin. The project is an exploration programme focussed on carbonate-hosted Zn-Pb across the Tallow Syncline.

In December 2018, desktop study and reconnaissance fieldwork identified several areas of geological interest along the Tallow Syncline which warranted early-stage follow up.
Exploration commenced in January 2019. A systematic soil sampling programme was undertaken across a signification section of the project area. This identified several areas of interest for follow-up mapping and depth-to-bedrock pionjar sampling. This was completed in summer 2019. Further follow-up palaeofossil dating and lithogeochemical sampling was conducted in summer 2020.
